Embrace a balanced life." I was born and raised in Spanish Harlem by two wonderful parents. After earning my degree in Early Childhood Education, I dedicated my career to teaching. I am also the proud mother of five children and grandmother of seven, all of whom have been my greatest supporters and motivation throughout my journey. In addition to my background in education, I am a Health Coach driven by a passion for helping others. I am writing this book to help people understand self-care.
