It is part of a documentary review of press and journalistic notes circulating in local and national media, for the purposes of this research, information is filtered from the network of the last 14 years, on the case of the forced disappearance of the Environmental Engineer Sandra Viviana Cuellar Gallego, last February 17, 2011, a case that has not yet been clarified by the competent authorities, in addition, to the record of semi-structured interviews applied to a focus group that present the following characteristics; personal friends of the disappeared, environmental activists of the city, muralists, and human rights defenders.
