Scorodophloeus zenkeri is a species of the Fabaceae family found in the Lolodorf and Akom 2 forests located in the Southern Region of Cameroon. This species is highly valued by local communities, who harvest its bark and use it for food, commercial, and medicinal purposes. However, the felling technique used to harvest the bark impacts the resource's standing potential. In this work, all biophysical aspects are entirely new in the context of Cameroon in particular and the Congo Basin in general. Furthermore, it will serve as a reference for researchers, students, media professionals, and members of civil society.
