Equity and Inclusion through Policy Practice

This book focuses on how administrators, faculty, staff and students who are committed to racial justice are guided on how they can change white supremacist policies and practices in U.S. higher education to ensure that historically underrepresented individuals experience equitable and inclusive campuses. Black, Indigenous and other people of color (BIPoC) enter historically white institutions of education where they are subject to white supremacist policies and practices and race-lighted by a façade of equality.
