This collection of essays addresses existing business challenges and proffers practical solutions. I'm a Practician Academic. I believe that academics and their research should help businesses with practical, relevant, and applicable solutions. Research for the sake of publishing and publications ending with "More Research is needed " don't benefit the industry. I find that research that doesn't reflect the realities of Industry is solely theoretical and irrelevant. In essence, my views are formed by the Austrian School of Economics. Building decades, if not centuries, of expensive research on what research methodology is more suitable does not create commercial value, but rather destroys value. Value creation is, however, the basis of all economic activity.
