Ethics, Social Responsibility and Quality of Life in Times Crisis

Crises in organizations can have either devastating consequences or provide the opportunity or improving people, communities, and organizations. However, more often than not, a crisis, either internal or external to the organization, can expose breaches in the overall quality of life and have a dramatic impact on issues such as the psychological safety of individuals and the overall health and well-being of communities and organizations. As a result, stakeholders will react, experience, and be impacted in different ways based on how the organization and its leadership consider issues such as overall quality of life, well-being, and psychological safety.
