Ethnocultural Development of Modern Ukraine: Challenges and Answers

The monograph prepared as part of the fundamental research work 'Exposing Russian falsifications and myths of the history of Ukraine as a component of the humanitarian security of the state' (2025-2027) analyzes the ethnocultural, civilizational, and socio-historical development of modern Ukraine and Ukrainians, characterizes the responses to the challenges that faced them in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, and attempts to refute some Russian pseudoscientific falsifications and fakes aimed at discrediting the historical past and cultural heritage of the Ukrainian state. Particular attention is paid to the development of strategic counter-narratives in the field of national and humanitarian security, as well as to the issues of their theoretical substantiation and practical implementation in the humanities, educational space, public history, and state information policy.
