The study investigates the relationship between pharyngeal airway size and sleep patterns in individuals with different skeletal malocclusions. Using lateral cephalograms, 90 participants were classified into skeletal Class I, II, and III based on the ANB angle. Three key linear measurements of the upper and lower pharynx were recorded to assess how skeletal structure influences airway dimensions. These measurements were then correlated with subjective sleep assessments using the Epworth Sleepiness Scale and Basic Nordic Sleep Questionnaire, providing insight into the interplay between craniofacial anatomy and sleep-related breathing patterns.
