Told in present tense from a spiral notebook and three degrading VHS tapes, it is a story about what happens when sixty-three children decide to write down what they saw and not let a grown person tell them different.This novel deals with the death of a young child, with the loss and recovery of memory around it, and with substance use. Nothing involving the child is depicted on the page.
