We are connected in ourselves with fascial elasticity, and to each other with breath, touch, and movement, in synchronized embodiment. The Exploracises help you find support, elasticity, and connection in your physicality, inviting the practical pursuit of wholeness at every level of your being. That wholeness can extend out to your environment and beyond. Our beings are not separate individual mechanistic entities. As our global, spiritual selves are living in physical bodies, we welcome the lightness of being in the Age of Aquarius.
