Fed & Watered: A Memoir

What happens when a child learns that survival and love are not always the same thing? In Fed & Watered, Deezil Greezil tells the unfiltered story of a childhood shaped by instability, silence, resilience, and the complicated people who helped raise him. From the streets of Detroit to the neighborhoods of Texas, he navigates poverty, abandonment, addiction, family conflict, a debilitating stutter, and the constant challenge of finding his place in a world that often seemed determined to leave him behind.Through moments both heartbreaking and unexpectedly funny, Farrow reflects on the people who shaped him-his fiercely independent mother, his absent father, his protective older brother, and the unlikely mentors who appeared when he needed them most. But Fed & Watered is more than a story about hardship. It is a story about adaptation.A story about perseverance.A story about how a child who struggled to speak found his voice, and how the wounds of the past can become the foundation for a meaningful future.Honest, reflective, and deeply human, Fed & Watered is a memoir about surviving what you didn't choose, understanding the people who came before you, and discovering that sometimes the greatest act of resilience is refusing to let your circumstances have the final word.
