Benny Mailman rolls into The Zen Crescendo-Book 3 of The Experience Series-by visiting a shaman in Thailand. This wild and soulful experience sets the course for the final leg of his journey, as we see him blast light into debauchery zones, mingle with earth's true dignitaries (common folk), and flirt with Love energies in Cambodia while mooring heart anchors in that country of calm, beauty, and soulfulness. True adventure awaits as you join Mailman in exploring the strange and quirky vibrations of Kathmandu, Nepal. As a solo traveler, he's again blessed with amazing souls who appear during his odyssey. Upon arrival in Nepal, Mailman meets Gerry, a Canadian traveler, and it's a mystical rediscovery of brotherhood more than friendship. Soon, a French traveler joins the duo and they become a trio within a hummingbird's heartbeat. Later, in the Annapurna Mountains of Nepal, Mailman realizes his mountaineering abilities lie at the opposite end of the spectrum from legendary climbers-as in, whatever precedes novice level. Mailman details the juxtaposition of the extraordinary beauty within those natural herculean massifs and the personal pain thresholds he shatters amidst rocky trails and thin air at incredible elevations. As Mailman reaches the highest point at Thorong La Pass-5,416 meters (17,769 feet)-joyful tears flow, then freeze and blow off his face thanks to the wind's frigid force. Mailman trades those cold climes for Thailand's warm beaches and a chance at Love with Yim, whom he met in Cambodia. Though he encounters some negative energies and happenings during their meet-up, he returns to Cambodia with her. With funds dwindling and energy flailing, Mailman sets his course for a return to the United States, so it's a heartbreaking goodbye to Cambodia when he departs for Malaysia. >"I remind you that this is all true." -Benny Mailman A Wisconsin native, Benny Mailman served as a recon Marine in Okinawa, Japan, until 1992 when he received an honorable discharge. He went on to earn a bachelor's degree in 1998, then enjoyed a career in stand-up comedy and improv in NYC and LA. More recently, he followed his wanderer's heart on a journey that led him around the world, deciding to pen an account of his trek in the Experiencer book trilogy. An adventurer, author, and peaceful motivator, Benny lives in Wisconsin with his wife Vicheka. "At one point, I was over 16,000 feet in altitude in the Annapurna Mountains on a goat path walking foot over foot. My left shoulder was brushing up against the mountain as my peripheral right glance took in the five-hundred-foot drop into a pit of snow and rock. My fear was at a lifelong personal-best peak-and I had been an active-duty Recon Marine."
