Finding Joy on the Perimeter

Joy--it's something we all need and desire. This book is meant to encourage and teach you to revisit joyful times and create new joyful memories that can sustain you in dark times. Memories that can, and should, be held on to no matter what the outcome of the experience--good or bad. This book will teach you to hold on to all the joy that comes before the "but then such and such happened" moments of life and let go of the negative parts. It has been said that joy is not just a mere fleeting emotion--it triggers a host of significant physiological and psychological changes that can improve our physical and mental health. Joy is ours to do with as we please, and in this book, you will learn, practice, and master this, and then you will want to share it with others. Galatians 5:22 tells us that one of the fruits of the Spirit is joy.
