FINISHING STRONG: The Minister’s Mandate for Faithful and Enduring Ministry

Ministry is not merely about beginning with passion. It is about remaining faithful through changing seasons, difficult decisions, personal wounds, growing responsibilities, and the demands of leading God's people-and ultimately finishing the course with faith intact.FINISHING STRONG: The Minister's Mandate for Faithful and Enduring Ministry is a biblical and practical guide to the character, convictions, relationships, and responsibilities required for enduring Christian service. From humility, courageous obedience, and sound doctrine to personal accountability, care for the flock, discernment, prayer, mentoring, leadership development, ministry transitions, and succession, this book addresses the realities that shape a minister over a lifetime.Drawing deeply from Scripture and the example of faithful biblical servants, Amida Nchaw challenges ministers to look beyond recognition, position, and immediate success. The greater question is whether they will remain faithful to Christ, guard what has been entrusted to them, care well for His people, develop those who follow them, and leave the work stronger for the next generation. For pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, emerging ministers, and those preparing others for Christian service, FINISHING STRONG is a call to serve with integrity, endure with courage, lead with humility, and one day be able to say with the apostle Paul: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith." -2 Timothy 4:7
