The book "Folklore Traditions in the Works of V.I. Dal" is devoted to the study of the influence of the folklore of the Ural Cossacks, Kazakhs, and Bashkirs on the work of the Russian writer and ethnographer. The author makes comparisons with folklore sources and, for the first time, compares the work with the Kazakh epic.
