Free Bird

Sometimes you have to jump to see if you can fly. After years of putting everyone else first, Molly Sparrow is ready to rewrite her story. It's 1990, and with her son grown and the open road calling, she heads up the California coast in search of herself-and maybe a new place to call home.Tom Hemingway came to Mendocino looking for his yearly quiet escape, not an unforgettable (and slightly humiliating) encounter with a local medical assistant. Fleeing the exam room seemed like the only reasonable move-until he realizes he can't stop thinking about her. When Molly and Tom's paths cross again, neither expects the spark that follows. But love has a way of showing up when life is beautifully, impossibly messy.Free Bird is a funny, heartfelt, small-town romance about second chances, self-discovery, and finding the courage to take flight.
