It's finally time for her to step out of the daydream and into the spotlight. Emma Castillo is always stuck in her own head, daydreaming about the life she could be living instead of the one she has. Especially when it comes to her handsome co-worker and rival, Hunter Paxon. While she's casting him as the lead in her romantic fantasies, he's busy racking up bylines and gaining notoriety as the journalist to watch at Grid. Normally content in her place in the shadows, that's all about to change when she's selected as one of two contenders to land the cover story for the upcoming anniversary edition. Faced with a shot to finally prove herself, and land an interview with the magazine's elusive founder, there's only one thing standing in her way - Hunter. As they both search for the perfect lead, they find themselves in all the same places getting dangerously close to one another. Are these flirtations just another product of her daydreaming, or could all of her dreams about her career - and Hunter - be coming true?
