Glass Virgin,1859. Annabella Lagrange is 10 years old and lives a luxurious and carefree life in Redfort Hall. Her father Edmund spends his wife's family fortune lavishly on it. During a heated argument, Edmund confronts Annabella about her parentage. Bewildered, she leans away from Redford Hall. Edmund's chamberlain Manuel tracks her down and together they decide to move on. They lead a nomadic life and Annabella learns to work for a living. Their lives are not idyllic, but Manuel and Annabella love each other and plan a marriage. At the party, Annabella is assaulted and Manuel ends up in jail.After all this time, the desperate Annabella turns to her family for help.
