Global Media and Pop Culture Shaping English Learning: Monography

This study explores how global media and pop culture influence English language learning from both linguistic and sociological perspectives. It first examines theoretical foundations and explains how media and pop culture contribute to the global spread and evolution of English, shaping vocabulary, pronunciation, and language use. The research then analyzes the impact of media on learners, including changes in lexical and pragmatic competence, as well as the role of pop culture in motivation and identity formation.
