Gorky Park

Three bodies mutilated beyond recognition are found in Moscow's Gorky Park. Militia officer Arkady Renko, who is entrusted with the case, initially hopes to hand the case over to the KGB as quickly as possible, but as soon as his own interest awakens, he is determined to settle the matter himself if necessary. In his search for clues, he comes across the beautiful Russian Irina Asanova and the alleged American tourist William Kirwill, both of whom seem to have something to do with the gruesome crime, as does the KGB. Finally, another lead leads to the ominous American entrepreneur Jack Osborne, who also seems to be involved in the affair, and the pressure on the investigator, who still lacks any proof, grows.
