A medical thriller on a backdrop of drug trafficking in the heart of Paris.A new powder is circulating in Paris, cheaper and more addictive than heroine and the word is out among junkies. So much so that traditional dealers aren't able to sell off their merchandise. Drug lords are losing money and cannot let the situation continue. When a first shootout takes place, police commissioner Cush Dibbeth is called in to investigate. At the nearby Lariboisière Hospital where the wounded are brought in, Benjamin Chopski is the surgeon on call.
