Guide to Thesis Evaluation and Defense Procedures: Toward the completion of professional master's degree in public health midwifery

These regulations apply to midwifery students enrolled in the integrated Master's program with a vocational bachelor's degree track, as well as to paramedical students in their third year of a vocational bachelor's degree program, and to faculty members serving on thesis evaluation and defense committees. Designed as a support and reference tool, it aims to provide a framework for the preparation, evaluation, and defense of the thesis, while promoting autonomy, accountability, and academic quality. Far from being limited to compliance with regulatory texts, these regulations help strengthen educational effectiveness, the fairness of evaluations, and the appeal of the programs. It reiterates that the writing and defense of the thesis represent the culmination of a Master's-level program, whose scientific, methodological, and writing requirements must meet recognized academic standards.
