Heidehoning 250 gr

The Heather Honey Mieli Thun has a dark amber color that makes it appear cloudy even immediately after the extraction from the honeycombs. On the nose there are notes of caramel, coffee powder, chamomile, turmeric, saffron and apricot jam. The flavor is very complex, but balanced between sweet and bitter especially on the finish. It goes perfectly with spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, but also anise and chilli. Try it with chicken curry.
