Yes indeed these poems do come across as discovered rather than manufactured or even created. The language dances with light steps as if to quietly intense music existing between the words, the deeply personal experiences revealed with an easeful intensity that takes you back to the beginning of the poem, needing to read the poem again, asking yourself with some surprise and awakening attention, "What is happening here?" The poems were written over a period of many years and in different places. You are invited to take a journey, reflecting on your own passage through the years.
