Bol Nothing Ended in 1975 For a long time, the idea prevailed that the Spanish far right disappeared after Franco's death. History shows that this was not the case. The ideas, groups, and networks that occupied that political space did not die out: they changed form, reorganized, and remained active in public life. This book reconstructs that trajectory across half a century of political history. The journey begins in the final years of the dictatorship and in the so-called Francoist bunker, where the first attempts to preserve the regime's authoritarian legacy were hatched. It continues with the political violence that marked the Transition and with the emergence of neo-fascist organizations that operated both within and outside institutions. The research then traces the extra-parliamentary groups that survived in the decades that followed, as well as the ultra-Catholic networks that influenced social debate and the identity movements that gradually occupied new political and cultural spaces. This process ultimately culminates in the emergence of new political forces in the 21st century, including Vox. Drawing on extensive documentation from archives, the press, and specialized studies, the author offers a clear and rigorous account of the evolution of this phenomenon. Throughout its pages, the book profiles the key figures, organizations, and events that have shaped its development in democratic Spain. The past seems not to have ended, for the present speaks volumes.
