Bol Partner Change is present, always and everywhere. While adapting to new developments such as the internet, mo bile phones etc., can be easy, we sometimes have issues coping with bigger changes. Climate change, energy tran- sition, technological change, progress in artificial intelli- gence, and political changes like Brexit, are, while excit- ing, are also frightening. Yet, when you are aware of how change actually works, you will consider change to be a natural phenomenon. This book about the Z-model of Change gives you the knowledge of how change actually works. Starting from an individual perspective, the model shows a business parallel, giving insights into the interaction between in- dividuals and their environment. It clearly shows tensions organisations and individuals will experience as a result of changes in the workplace. This scientifically proven model is used to change or- ganisations' strategies, cultures and behaviour. It also proves to be very effective in coaching. About the author After studying Business Economics, Martijn de Zoete worked within the banking sector as an advisor to directors and wealthy individuals. He was intrigued by the phenome- non of why one individual succeeds and another does not. Martijn de Zoete developed the Z-model of Change based on his knowledge and experience in change manage- ment. As an internationally licenced NLP trainer he uses this model in different ways in (executive) coaching, training and in organisational development courses. He also trains others internationally to use it in the same way. As a valued public speaker, Martijn has the ability to iden tify events that are happening right now in your organisa- tion that hamper productivity and success. Using the model, he can highlight the readiness and fitness of your organisa tion for the future.
