Suppose you take the Torah seriously and want to do what it says. Where do you actually start? Not in theory. The hard passages most practical treatments skip: bondage, the rebellious son, herem warfare, the captive woman, the assembly exclusions of Deuteronomy 23. They address them directly, leaving the interpretive difficulties visible rather than smoothed over. A full dossier on the biblical day boundary - the most thorough treatment in this series - which builds the case, then presents Nehemiah 13:19 and Exodus 12:18 as real counterevidence, and marks the question unresolved rather than settled. Guidance on hearing, guarding, and doing as three distinct things the text asks for, not three words for the same thing. What separates this from most handbooks is what it declines to do. It does not manufacture certainty. Where the evidence is genuinely divided, the book labels the question open and explains what would resolve it. Claims carry evidence grades.
