Howard A. Goss: Guest Lecturer: Reviving the Fires of Pentecost

What would one of the pioneers of early Pentecost say to the Spirit-filled Church today?Howard A. Goss lived close to the beginnings of the modern Pentecostal movement. He witnessed a generation discovering the baptism in the Holy Spirit, speaking in tongues, praying with extraordinary hunger, preaching with boldness, and carrying the message of Pentecost into new communities. But the great question is not simply what happened then. What have we done with the fire they handed us?Howard A. Goss: Guest Lecturer is a creative devotional presentation that brings the convictions, experiences, and Pentecostal heritage associated with Goss and the early movement into conversation with believers today.Across 30 stirring chapters, readers are challenged to rediscover: - The baptism and power of the Holy Spirit - The importance of speaking in tongues - Tarrying, prayer, hunger, and consecration - Bold witnessing and supernatural ministry - Holiness that can sustain spiritual power - Signs, wonders, healing, and deliverance - The necessity of passing Pentecostal faith to another generation - A Christianity that expects the Book of Acts to remain relevant todayThis is more than a journey into Pentecostal history.
