HR Management and Performance in schools Cameroon

This topic focuses on the importance of HR management in public secondary schools in Cameroon and its impact on internal performance. The analysis of HR management mechanisms currently in place, schools' internal performance and the correlation between the two forms the core of this research.The research focuses on the processes of recruitment, training and management of teaching and administrative staff in Cameroonian public schools.
