The specific research questions are; What is the effect of training on labor turnover?How does professional recruitment affect labor turnover? What is the significant relationship between motivation and labor turnover? The Specific Research Objectives are; to access the effects of training on employee labor turnover, to determine the effect of recruitment process on labor turnover to assess the significant relationship between motivation and labor turnover. Hypothesis from the research, the following hypothesis has been drawn for the study; training opportunities leads to high labor turnover, professional recruitment process leads to high labor turnover, motivation has significant relationship with labor turnover. Quantitative research method was used with data collection tool such as closed-ended questionnaires on a sample size of 500. the findings on alpha of 0.05 significant level shows result were statistically significant on a multiple regression calculation.
