HUMANISM AND LAW IN THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY: Foundations for a legal reconstruction centered on human dignity

The twenty-first century confronts humanity with unprecedented challenges. Technological acceleration, structural inequalities, environmental crises and the transformation of social relations have put the traditional foundations of law under tension. In this context, this book proposes a reconstruction of legal thought from a humanist perspective. It is not a nostalgic return to the past, but a critical reformulation that places the person back at the axis of the normative order. The legal humanism developed here seeks to integrate philosophy, legal technique and social reality. Its purpose is to offer a conceptual framework that allows understanding and transforming the law into an effective instrument at the service of human dignity. This work is conceived as the first of a series of volumes aimed at building a contemporary legal theory with a universal vocation.
