Nuclear factor-¿B (NF-¿B) depict a family of transcription factors, which modulate collection of genes associated with inflammatory and immune responses. Inevitable NF-¿B activation involve pathogenic process of various diseases like inflammation and cancer. NF-¿B signaling in cancer cells is involved in cellular proliferation, angiogenesis, invasion, metastasis, development of drug resistance and anti-apoptosis. The present study was aimed to identify potent NF-kB inhibitors using molecular docking study.
