Ignivar: The Flame-Born Guardian: Keeper of Fire, Stone, and Story

When I painted a pair of amber eyes onto an old cedar fence, I believed I was creating art.I never imagined I was recognizing a Guardian. His name is Ignivar.Ancient. Patient. Flame-born.For longer than memory can measure, he has quietly watched over the Dragonfly Portal-a place where dragonflies dance among ancient stones, where every fossil remembers an ocean, and where the Earth patiently keeps the stories humanity has forgotten. As our friendship deepens, Ignivar gently reveals that my lifelong fascination with rocks, crystals, fossils, and dragonflies was never coincidence. It was an invitation.Together we wander quiet garden paths, revisit childhood memories in Wyoming, uncover the story behind the very first stone that captured my heart, and discover that curiosity is not something we outgrow. It is how the Earth teaches us to listen.Blending authentic geology, natural history, personal experience, and gentle mythology, The Dragonfly Journals creates a reading experience unlike traditional fantasy. Rather than escaping the world, these pages invite you to rediscover the extraordinary beauty already surrounding you.If you've ever picked up an ordinary stone and wondered where it came from...If you've ever paused to watch a dragonfly dance across a summer morning...If you've ever believed the Earth might still hold beautiful mysteries...Welcome.The Dragonfly Portal has been waiting for you.Because Guardians are not always found.Sometimes...they are recognized.
