Immigration Legislation of the Republic Kazakhstan

The issue of realizing the individual's right to freedom of movement is one of the most pressing issues of our time. It has international legal, administrative, and constitutional legal implications. The appeal of the rule of law is constantly growing. There are many reasons for this. First and foremost is the practical implementation of the principle of the rule of law in the field of external migration. The French Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen of August 26, 1789, solemnly proclaimed in paragraph 5: "The law may only prohibit acts that are harmful to society." This principle was further developed in paragraph 2 of Article 29 of the 1948 United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights: "In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society."
