The study investigates the effects of post-abortion counseling based on the PLISSIT model on women's lifestyles. Conducted at Beni-Suef University Hospital, it utilized a quasi-experimental design involving 92 women who experienced abortions. Data were gathered through structured interviews and questionnaires assessing women's knowledge and lifestyle changes. Results indicate a significant improvement in women's lifestyle, with mean scores rising from 38.17±10.99 pre-counseling to 68.33±10.38 post-counseling. The study concludes that counseling enhances women's knowledge and lifestyle. Recommendations include developing educational programs to promote proper use of social media and resources, thereby improving women's post-abortion life.
