This work examines the effects of emotional intelligence (EI) and conflict management (CM) on workplace outcomes. Using a mixed-methods design, quantitative data were collected from 229 healthcare professionals through structured questionnaires, while qualitative data were obtained from interviews with healthcare managers. The findings showed that 78% of participants had high EI, which was significantly associated with greater job satisfaction (r = 0.651, p < 0.01) and lower stress (r = ¿0.52, p < 0.01). Additionally, 72% reported using effective CM strategies, improving teamwork and reducing turnover intentions. Lower EI was associated with higher burnout. The study concludes that strengthening EI and CM through training and supportive organizational policies can improve staff well-being, retention, teamwork, and patient care in health centers.
