Individualized enforcement:: Transforming the understanding of individual rights and status

The monograph is devoted to the study of the institute of individual-contract law enforcement as a way of specifying the rights and obligations of subjects of law through contracts in modern Russian society. It considers the transformation of the traditional understanding of the rights and status of the individual in the law enforcement process, substantiation of the individual contract as an independent act of law enforcement, analyzes its structure, stages and criteria of effectiveness. Special attention is paid to the role of both state and non-state actors in law enforcement. The study emphasizes the expansion of the importance of contracts in the regulation of social relations and the importance of legal consciousness and professional training of law enforcement participants to improve the effectiveness of the institution. The work is based on methodological premises, reveals the legal nature of individual-contract enforcement and offers criteria for its evaluation, which makes the monograph an important contribution to the theory of law and legal regulation in the conditions of market economy in the hope of building a safe and democratic society in Russia.
