Industrial activities, particularly those related to surface treatment, generate significant quantities of aqueous effluents that must be detoxified before being discharged into the municipal sewer system or the environment. For many companies, especially those engaged in surface treatment, effluent treatment is a major challenge. Indeed, they use water in their processes or for other activities in the workshop. The water is thus contaminated by dissolved substances and cannot be discharged without prior treatment. The purpose of our facility is to perform such treatment; however, the company faces efficiency issues, particularly regarding the removal of heavy metals.
