Bol This thesis examines the management systems for fire safety and occupational health and safety in Austrian companies. In Austria, legal provisions require companies to implement fire safety and occupational health and safety measures. However, managing these areas separately leads to a waste of resources, duplication of effort and conflicts. This thesis addresses these problems and proposes an approach to a joint solution. The approach is guided by the St. Gallen Management Model and the High Level Structure (Annex SL).
