Integrated management system (IMS) for social production companies

A standardized Integrated Management System (IMS) allows the measurement and combination of strategic action with operational objectives that can be evaluated and corrective actions applied in real time, thus maximizing the company's sustainability. In order to integrate strategy with organizational goals, an SGI is established for Social Production Enterprises (EPS). The methodology is descriptive and evaluative with a field design, non-experimental ex post facto, transversal, to five (5) managers of two (02) EPS a structured questionnaire was applied under Likert scale, submitted to content validity and expert judgment with a Cronbach Alpha of high reliability (0.97), designing management tools of: strategic planning, strategic maps, balanced scorecard, sales plans, capacities and resources and annual operating plans, to achieve the integration of the strategy with the operations in these organizations.
