Integrated Maritime Transport Management Systems: From Mechanics to Logistics and

Professors of Batumi Navigation University have worked in various fields of maritime development for years, studying issues of maritime transport movement and mechanisms of maritime transport, maritime management and the diversity of its directions, namely: management and organization of transportation of industrial and agricultural products; maritime relations at the state, regional and local self-government levels; maritime management and logistics; modern problems of maritime affairs, in particular, transport, and possible ways to solve them; features of the supply chain and logistics on the Black Sea coast of Georgia and in the Black Sea basin; maritime transport and communications management; and the introduction of IT technologies in maritime business, finance, transport and management, etc. Our work covers precisely these modern directions.This work represents the faculty professors' recent efforts, grouped under one auspice: maritime affairs and navigation, industrial management issues, and transport and logistics.Thus, we consider this collective monograph a summary of the research conducted in recent years.
