Invasion of the Isles

Book 3 in the Twins of Legend series by Jordan Hawkey. Set in a fantasy world inhabited by a myriad of animals such as meerkats, snakes, and badgers. This book has a dyslexic friendly layout with a larger and clearer font, as well as bigger spacing. This also makes this series excellent as an entry novel for readers moving on from picture books, with the layout helping the reader progress through the pages quicker to help build up reading confidence. While targeted at young readers aged 8-14, the content of the novel still engages readers of all ages.The attempted assassination has left Snow unconscious, while Pan and Samson try to deal with the undead scourge that they unleashed on Ghonsor. Meanwhile, Autumn searches for a way to deal with this new threat. But that changes when the wind forewarns Pan of a threat to the Equatorial Isles. Pan and Samson must decipher what the wind means and save the day, before something happens which could alter the tide of the war between snakes and meerkats against them.
