Joseph Erwin Jacoby (born July 6, 1959 in Louisville, Kentucky) is a former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the Washington Redskins. He won three Super Bowl rings and four National Football Conference championships during his tenure. Jacoby started off as an offensive tackle for the University of Louisville from 1978-80.
