John Arctangent: Conclave of Madness

John Arctangent, Malkavian prince of Manhattan, Prophet of his Sire, Messiah to the Thin Blooded, Patron of the Arts, Protector of those of weaker generation, and the most handsome vampire in all of New York City, was bored. While his dominion was vast and ever peaceful, he was the only one of his clan in the city. So he decided to summon the members of his clan for a conclave. There they would work on the pressing problem of the year, the city's mayoral election.
