JUNO THE BAKERY

Recipes from the world-renowned neighbourhood bakery in Copenhagen. > The book provides a thorough introduction to their sourdough breads, laminated puff pastry, and their world-renowned cardamom buns with recipes for bread, buns, croissants and cakes made with seasonal ingredients. Behind Juno the Bakery are Swedish Emil Glaser and his wife Nina Schmiegelow. In 2017 the couple opened the doors to the neighbourhood bakery at Århusgade 48 in Copenhagen.
