At the heart of this book is the presentation of the ‘Toolkit to Achieve the Just Transition using the Energy Justice Framework’. Alicia Phillips is an attorney-at-law and a PhD Researcher at the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour (UPPA), TRansitions Energétiques et Environnementales Laboratory (TREE) & the CNRS- France. Laura Kaschny is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Energy Law at the Erasmus School of Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
