Kashi Ki Dairy

Kashi Ki Diary is my 47th work. It is a little different from my other works. It has prose as well as poetry. Most of the material in it has been taken from previously published books and the latest writings till now are also included in it. The only criterion for selection of works is the relation with Kashi and people/topics related to Kashi. Like Kashi, it is ancient as well as updated. Readers should not think that this is some new edition of Kashi Khand of Skanda Purana, although this work has also been divided into 12 sections. 6 sections of prose and 6 sections of poetry. Every poet has to resort to prose to show his identity. He may write it himself or get it written by others. Perhaps this must have been happening earlier also. That is why it was said or got said that 'Gadyam Kaveenaam Niksham Vadanti'.
