Kopf Wok Josie (stainless steel, Ø 32 cm, incl. glass lid, induction) silver

Product Description Stainless steel wok Josie The Josie wok from Kopf is made of high-quality stainless steel and is suitable for cooking and short roasting with constant stirring, as well as for braising, roasting, blanching or "just" cooking. Cook healthy, light, easy and quick in the tasteless and hygienic wok. In addition, there is a glass lid, which is equipped with a steam outlet. While the steam outlet prevents the food from boiling over quickly, the glass lid always has a clear view of the food and you do not have to open the lid constantly. The Josie wok is suitable for induction and can therefore be used on induction hobs, but also on all conventional types of cookers. Functionality meets design Thanks to the high-quality stainless steel, it is also dishwasher safe, but can also be easily cleaned by hand. In addition, the wok is oven-safe up to a temperature of 240 ° C and the glass lid up to 180 ° C. Thanks to the deep and semicircular shape, the heat is evenly distributed in the wok.
