I share the discipline, skill, and resilience needed to thrive in this industry, along with my own experiences in the high-stakes world of barista championships, where precision, storytelling, and taste all come together in a matter of minutes.A big part of my journey has been Dutch Colony Coffee Co., where I became a co-partner. I take you behind the scenes of building this coffee brand, from developing a roasting philosophy to training a team to creating a space where people come together over a shared love for coffee.Singapore's coffee culture keeps growing and changing, but one thing stays the same.
