Hatsumi Masaaki succeeded his teacher Takamatsu Toshitsugu, who helped revive the Kukishin Ryu, supporting the Kuki family back in 1919. This book contains the Biken No Ho, (swordsmanship), Kodachi Dori (wakizashi/Kodachi), and Juttejutsu for this Ryuha. Each kata name has the Japanese kanji and also a translation of the name. The kata has a step by step instruction to help you practise and learn. >The author, Paul Richardson (15th Dan, Daishihan), has been a member of the Bujinkan for over 40 years, he has travelled extensively in Europe and USA training and teaching, and travels to Japan every year to continue his training and research..
